Courteous staff , excellent amenities , furnitures , bathroom, kitchen utensils. You have standard clean swimming pools , game rooms and movie rooms which we made sure to use and it was lovely. But I almost gave a 4 star because the WiFi got disconnected on our last day but it was explained by our host politely as a general network failure which they were working on. otherwise it was a lovely 5 day stay and I would choose this apartment again if going to Accra

This was my second time staying at the signature and I absolutely loved it. Bridget is amazing, on both occasions she was super helpful and her smile always lit up my day! Solomon was equally lovely, very helpful and warming. All of the staff are exceptional and I am really proud of the customer service

Building is nice. Very expensive small restaurant in the property. Big ripoff. Nice sky bar but very expensive too. Very poor housekeeping. Extremely poor. Bed so small, smaller than a secondary school student bed and so flimsy. Cheap furniture.

The property is in a great location and absolutely one of the best in town. Security is on point and access to rooms are limited to residents or vacationers with access card. Highly recommended to stay here for the peace of mind

This place is superb and I mean S-U-P-E-R-B!!!!!!! Everyone at this hotel/apartment from the front desk staff to housekeeping to the security were very professional and helpful. Everything was top notch including the rooms. The hotel/apartment has an onsite grocery store and pharmacy that are both open 24/7. They even have a first class restaurant on site. This place is also centrally located so you are very close to the Accra Mall and the airport. Downtown Accra is not that far away either. If you are planning to visit Accra, please consider staying at this hotel/apartment. You will not be disappointed. Me and my wife will definitely be coming back to this place the next time we visit Accra.

The property was great, the customer service was amazing. Communication was consistent and frequent with the property manager Bridgette (she’s amazing). The only issue was the advertised free airport shuttle, they don’t offer it but it’s being advertised. I selected this property due to that add-on.
