「This hotel is a bit out of the way and their speciality is holding events. The staff are fantastic, very helpful, accommodating, and friendly. The kitchen produces high quality, delicious food.The property is spacious with a nice swimming pool and surrounding area including, the bar, a club, cabanas. 「I stayed here before on my own and wanted to do it again with the whole family but this second experience was awful. We paid a lot for a so-called 'luxurious executive suite' that didn't turn out to have any luxury apart from spacious rooms. General cleanliness of rooms and floors was an issue. But it got worse when a manager decided to have an argument with us over an old bed sheet with washable marker stains made by the kids (which got out after we dipped the sheet in plain water!). 「The guest house is very conveniently located, just outside the gardens. The manager is friendly and very pleasant. We had a spacious room, and it was quiet at night.」

「The hotel is excellent! Our only complaint is the lack of communication with the shuttle from the hotel. We asked for a shuttle that would hold 12 people and a 7 passenger car showed up. Other than that everything was excellent.」
