「 Very clean place. Staff overall is extra courteous. My only complaint is the mini fridge wasn’t getting cold and after calling the desk twice and being assured someone would come & address it, that never happened. Therefore, my perishable never got to get refrigerated. Nevertheless, the buffet breakfast is the best in class. I believe they have top executive chefs doing the breakfast. It’s from 6am to 10am..if it were extended to 11am that would be ideal. So many food choices and the taste...

「I was disappointed at the overall unprofessional management of this property. It was noisy, dirty, cocroaches in the rooms, internet/wifi issues, dstv went off for weeks because of lack of subscription renewal, some of the staff where always hanging out either eating, chatting or charging their phones in the hallway leading to the room I booked etc. I could go on and on. On a positive note, staff were respectful and helpful but all in all I'll definitely not be making any booking at the property...

「We have been here twice and loved our stay. The food they cook is really good. Breakfast is good. I love the fact they have a restaurant and a terrace with roof and a bar. At night a DJ who plays good music. The staff is friendly. The rooms are nothing special but just fine. I appreciated the bath! I would certainly go back again.」

「I booked my reservation one week in advance. They took my payment and confirmed the booking, but just 11 hours before my arrival, they moved me to a substandard apartment that was far below what I had originally paid for. I also paid for airport pickup, yet the driver arrived very late. Overall, the customer service was extremely poor and very unresponsive. I will not be booking with them again. 」
