The staff were very good and the room clean but the lack of a kettle in the room was very disappointing. I did contact the hotel and asked if a kettle could be made available but they said no, but to ask the on-site restaurant who would provide mugs and hot water. A partial solution perhaps bit not ...

The Langham, Boston
They were very family friendly. The pool was great. This is our fourth third or fourth time staying there and my girls absolutely love it… They always make an effort to do an upgrade if they can or make your visit special we absolutely love staying there.

Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport
I was a little upset as it was my birthday 2/14 but couldn’t book any extras. Upon arrival on 2/13 I inquired and was told I should have given a heads up but I couldn't as it was greyed out. I was supper happy to see the videos on tik toc about the accommodations, but unfortunately they werent available ...
