"Staff was quite accommodating. Check in was easy and quick. Check out was even faster. The availability of a rolling cart for luggage was appreciated. Just one hiccup on last day was that both of our key cards were suddenly de-activated after 11AM. Claimed it was because they got too close to credit card or phone, but that was not the case. "

"I always love Hyatts but a hyatt with oceanfront views was the topper. This hotel smells amazing stepping inside, everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. The customer service was amazing. The pool was great and free breakfast. If you need a microwave one can be delivered to your room and it has a fridge and HOTTTTTTT showers. The showerhead was amazing and the beds super comfy. Pull out sofa always a plus. I will be returning and I do highly recommend. Hotel about 5 blocks from the start of main boardwalk and on the other side is Sunset park for views of the bay/sunset. I WILL BE BACK and thanks to Ms. Toni for checking us in and her recommendations. "
