"Construction above us our whole stay. Saturday 10-4 , complained and was told they didn’t know the construction guys were coming that day. Woken up at 8 am Sunday to hammering and screwing above us again. They didn’t even bother to tell us Saturday that the crew would be returning Sunday. No discount offered , not even an offer to move us. We *were* regulars here, that will no longer be a true statement. "

"We never had to turn on the heat as the room was warm. But we kept the balcony door open, which was lovely so we could hear the wind and waves. It would’ve been helpful if they had a sign about where the ice machine was. We went searching and ended up getting locked out and outside on a cold and rainy day. Had to walk around the property and back in the front entrance and ask the staff where the ice machine was. FYI it’s on the third and eighth floor. "
