「Everything was good, my only complaint is there are no coffee makers in the rooms. Coffee is available in the lobby, but that is not always convenient 」

「Hotel gives appearance of nice until you go inside. Room was very clean and I stayed 3 nights and no one cleaned my room. I actually asked for the last night and still didn’t happen. My family came over to use pool and the lights in pool were off. I went to front desk 3 times as the pool got more and more people for the fear of safety. The hotel was sold out and they basically have no staff to support the customers. I would not stay here again.」

「My only complaint is that this is a pet friendly hotel and our room smelled like a dog had been staying in it for a few days. The room and overall hotel was clean, breakfast was good, and check-in/check-out went smoothly. Everything would have been perfect if the dog smell wouldn’t have been so strong and overwhelming 」
