不够干净，但也算达得上连锁酒店多基本要求。 另外早餐还算不错，至少有餐厅坐下来拿吃的，不像别的很多地方，都只是大厅拿点干粮。

Microwave didn't work, they didn't have one in the lobby or kitchen. Room was dirty. The place was smelly. Breakfast was coffee and a waffle or raisen bran. No juice or tea .I WILL NEVER STAY AT SUPER 8 AGAIN!!!!

I Booked the non-smoking room but was provided a smoking stinky and dirty room. The sink and the bathtub both were clogged. No amenities at all, the staff mentioned they don't have anything to provide.

Well let's start by saying I read some reviews and knew what I was getting myself into. Upon Entry the smell of cigarettes and the neighbor coughing up a lung told me I was in the right place. With her tv on full blast all night it was not a good nights sleep. Obviously I wasn't in town long enough to want to move, between the lighter I found in my bed and the burn holes in the sheets along with stains and hair I knew I wasn't going to touch the bed with any skin. But hey I don't expect much for a cheap room. Long story short I do not recommend this place at all!!! spend the extra money and make a decision based on is this room safe? Can I enjoy walking around barefoot?

If you are simply looking for somewhere really cheap to stay this is your place. The sheets were very stained and I'm not entirely convinced that they were not just left on the bed after the last people had the room. There was no smoke alarm as it had been disconnected. The paint in the bathroom ceiling was falling off and there was mold around the bathtub with an excessive amount of caulk around different things. Everything was rusted in the bathroom. We literally had just the end of a roll of toilet paper. The breakfast had no cups. They were out. The waffle mix appeared to be watered down as it just didn't cook right and looked much thinner than I'm used to seeing. The staff was friendly and the room was cheap for one night but you certainly know you're staying in a cheaper Motel.

Yes, it was very terrible. It was a nightmare.They changed me to 3 different rooms the first one had stuff laying in the tub from the ceiling that fell down the second one they told me to check out the beds were not made. The third one they told me to try looked okay at first, but then there was no heat. Only a little bit of warm air i went to the car and got a blanket and bought a electric heating pad. I have this all in pictures, it's just a nightmare. I still can't believe it had happened. The one room I went back into someone had walked in on me. Thought it was the wrong room, said he was sorry and now the door did not even lock. I used expedia, that is probably why I was getting bad rooms because there were many other rooms available, and they told me there was none. Yes, it was a nightmare. I don't know why they have to do people like that.

The room was dirty and had not been kept up refreshed. floor behind toilet dirty Shower was not usable dirty. someone had kicked a hole in the wall by the door. Entry door had large gaps around it that let light and cold in. The neighbors argued and were loud during the night. cannot believe Wyndom it’s name on this one.There also has no breakfast only coffee.

34 outside heat wasn't on when we got there. we reserved the room two days ahead of time. Dirt came out of the faucet in the bath tub when first turned on,only one trash.can The blanket on the bed was real thin. No coffee pot in room the ceiling was flaking

The rooms are neglected and I had to walk on foot to find a suitable room. All these bathrooms need to be updated. Some bathrooms have poles and others dont. This smell i can explain roams free in the stairwell. Someone needs to audit this location. Some rooms dont have numbers on the doors.

Absolutely disgusting conditions, questionable stains on the beds, the whole place smelled like menthol cigarettes, gross things on the walls. Thank god we only had to stay the night.

The staff was okay except when the tv didn’t work I stopped back to the office about getting it fixed. I was told they would send someone up soon. Came back and I was told no one came. I called three times twice being hung up on and the third they answered it. Told me they would send someone up. Never seen anyone. Now that’s what you call service then try to charge me for misc. I will never go back.

Honestly, I’m really disappointed with this Super 8. The little stay was a mess. First off, the front desk staff were terrible especially the Indian lady working there. She was rude, dismissive, and acted like she didn’t care at all. We didn’t feel welcomed or helped in any way. They put us in Room 100, and the second we walked in, the smell hit us. It was nasty and never went away. On top of that, it was freezing outside (about 2°C), but the heater in the room was so loud it kept making noise all night. Sleeping was basically impossible. What made it worse was the bedding situation. The pillows were tiny like baby pillows and there was no real blanket. Just a thin cover that felt like a bedsheet. In that cold weather, that’s not okay. We asked for proper pillows and blankets in the middle of the night, and they just said they didn’t have any. No effort to find a solution, no apology, nothing. When we complained about the smell, the noisy heater, and the lack of bedding, the staff literally told us to “refund the money,” even though we booked the room a week in advance. That’s not customer service that’s them telling you they don’t care. Because of all this, we had to leave and change hotels in the middle of the night. That should tell you everything. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Clean rooms and basic bedding are the bare minimum, and they couldn’t even manage that — plus the staff attitude was just awful.

The room was neglected in that the door to the room has about a 2inch gap at the floor to the door. Allowing for gosh knows what critters to enter. The mattress was covered in plastic for who knows what reason. With the plastic on, the fitted sheet would not stay on. I don't even want to discuss the noise the plastic makes when you move. The bathroom area was in much needed repair, cleaning and more.

At first, I was given a horrible room. I’m not sure if the guy knew about it and intentionally did it or he didn’t know. I called and complained and the room was changed. The heater wasn’t good enough in both old and new room and I had to sleep with a jacket. The new room was better than the old room and also given the price hence my 3 out of 5 star.
