"Family of 6 stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. Plenty of room, full size refrigerator. Hotel and grounds were well kept. Biggest perk for this is establishment is the staff! I’ve done A LOT of traveling, and this may be the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered! "

"Overall our stay was amazing! The only thing that was a little inconvenient is that the house keeper took our bar of hand soap our first night and never replaced it so we had to get our soap from the bathtub every time we had to wash our hands. They also didn’t replace some of the towels after they took them and the led light mirror was missing the cord. Front desk staff was super nice and friendly though! The bedroom we were giving was also very nice. We’d stay here again :)"

"This hotel was probably one of tbe absolute best Ive ever stayed in. The 530 "KickOff" was amazing and the room was clean. However what really put this place over the top was the staff. Ive never seen such friendly, kind, and caring people all in one place. We had such a wonderful stay!"

"The hotel was beautiful. And the view of the arch was a great bonus. Me and my daughters had a great stay and theire breakfast buffet was amazing. Rhey also have somerhing called kickback where you get free food and adults get 3 free drinks. "

"Hotel staff is very helpful/friendly. Good coffee in the lobby. Slept really well in the comfortable bed. Convenient to downtown St. Louis. Hotel is a bit dated but it is in an old building, so that's to be expected. Would recommend."

"This hotel was beautiful from the Grand Hall to the room we had, and everywhere in between. The historical architecture was amazing. You could probably pick apart some minor details because of age, but it was even better than we had anticipated, based on some of the reviews. Our air conditioning in the room didn’t cool as much as we would have liked, but other than that it was a wonderful stay. I would definitely stay again. "
