I can’t say there was anything I liked! I stayed here, probably about six or seven years ago, and the place was in a lot better shape than it is now. The customer service was absolutely horrible, the photo showed a Jacuzzi in the room, which there was not, the rooms slept six people, there wasn’t enough towels, asked housekeeping for more towels they acted as though they didn’t wanna give us anymore. We needed blankets for the sofa beds, they were short on blankets, we reserved two suites. To sum it all up there were bed bugs, so I bought home a bunch of red marks on my body, so again it was absolutely horrible.

First room was 80 degrees. Ended up requesting to be moved rooms. Second room’s beds were the worst I’ve ever slept in. The toilet literally moved when you sat down (not the toilet lid.. the whole toilet) and when we showered, there was at least 4 inches of standing water in the shower. Thankful for the kind staff though! I had prepaid for two nights and after the first night did NOT want to stay again. I asked for a refund for the second night and the lady at the front desk granted my request (very thankful for that).

The room was easy to reserve online. The online rate was better than the rate offered by the front desk. The A/C in our initial room did not work; therefore, we were given a new room. The receptionist didn't have a problem assigning us a new room. After settling into the room, we headed to the pool with the kids. The pool water appeared dirty and cloudy, and we decided not to let the kids swim. Instead, we visited the local recreation center so the kids could swim. I will not revisit this establishment. The breakfast was decent, however, we decided to do fast food instead.

Friendly staff. However, this hotel is in poor condition. Our room needed several repairs (cracked sink, cracked tile & grout in bathroom, flickering lights, poor lighting in the room, etc) The elevator & hallways smelled of weed/marijuana. Hot Breakfast items were cold.

Place was dirty, smelled like marijuana, water smelled like rotten eggs, white comforter had dirt spots on it. Our room smelled like someone fried fish in it. Pool was under construction but we weren’t notified by it. We left and got our money back.

Pretty sure all our card numbers were stolen, Christine for some reason had to type in all six of all card numbers and couldn’t show us that they were “declining”, working fine the entire time before hand and even the atm next to the next desk worked perfectly fine 👀, strange. There was a pinpad too that she didn’t seem to use, we could have inserted the card our selves. The room smelled and bathroom smelled and definitely wasn’t the cleanest (hair from other people and other animal fur). Definitely not worth the money ($105/night, worth more like $30), better off just continuing to drive and stopping at a gas station for a decent rest break.

I think it is a great place to stay. It has some minor cosmetic issues, but clean and in a quiet (not counting highway noise) location that has a lot of greenery. It feels like a small town a safe place to stay. The staff is friendly. Also, had the best price, hands down.

We decided to stay here as a family of 5 for a quick Spring Break trip to St. Louis. We were overall disappointed with the facility. Unfortunately the hotel has been neglected and basic upkeep overlooked. The lighting throughout is dim / dingy (rooms & common areas). The pool water was green and the temperature was cool. There were dead flies all around the windows. Our room was, while not horrible, was not great. The bathroom sink leaked and drained poorly, the tile floor grout was chipping out and missing in places. Bedsheets were missing for the pullout bed. The breakfast was sub-par. Very overcrowded and unappetizing food. The staff did their best. I would recommend you look somewhere else.

We left in the middle of our last night when the fire alarm went off twice, only to be shut off by the front desk without them conducting a search of the property. Our room never reached a comfortable temperature, because the thermostat kept resetting to the high temperature (at least for us) the staff set it to. The guest should be able to make the room comfortable. Also, the entire third floor smelled like pot, and room smelled like they had sprayed some kind of fragrance to cover up cigarette smoke. And the bathroom smelled moldy. The staff was rude, and refused to speak with me when I left. This was the worst hotel experience I have had.

I have NEVER seen a hotel so dirty and in disarray. The entire building is disgusting. The staff had 0 clean towels for the pool for hours. The floors clearly hadn’t been vacuumed for days, rust is built up on the fire sprinklers, the water in the pool was dark cloudy and dirty, there was a layer of dust on every single surface, the mattress covers were filthy, the hallways reeked of smoke. I have never had such a terrible experience. The staff seemed unsurprised and equally unconcerned about our concerns when we tried to bring them up. Unfortunately, there were so many things going on that weekend that there were no other hotel rooms available within an hour drive. We talked to several other hotels in the area and they shared that they often get that same feedback when others have tried to switch their hotel stay. Do not stay here!!! The pictures don’t do it justice. Every single place here reeked and we woke up with headaches and sick sinuses.
