"When you reach to pick something up it was sticky paper that had already been there for the coffee with the stirs and the sugars what's sticky the tray in the bathroom was covered with something unidentifiable there was a large crack in the bathtub."

"This was a wonderful hotel to stay at while we explored the National Parks. We enjoyed the free evening snacks and drinks after a full day at Gateway Arch. Staff were very friendly. The pool was nice. Rooms very clean. Would definitely stop here again. "

"We always stay at a Drury but this one was different, it was very loud , we had to park away from the building and had to pay 19 for parking. Will stay by the airport next time. "

"Our comforter was visibly dirty, and the front desk staff was rude twice. Our key cards didn't work. The line for the elevator was very long and busy, and we had to keep waiting in it because of our key cards. When we asked for a new comforter, we got one but had to make the bed ourselves. All the linens had holes in them, from pillowcases to sheets, and we paid so much for the location. The rooftop bar was wonderful, and I loved the NA wine on the menu. The valet staff and concierge were kind and helpful. "
