nothing was up to standards, everything was dirty, saying the staff was unhelpful is giving the too much credit, the breakfast was always cold and disappointing. I would not stay here again if it was the only place available my car is a better choice.

The outside of the building was so bad that the garbage was everywhere falling out of the garbage cans. We went to the rooms it was two rooms and one room had nets in the bathrooms and the tv didn’t work nor the remotes were working. We were too scared to eat the breakfast nor did we take showers. The rooms weren’t clean was scared to sleep. We saw baby roaches, and I WILL NEVER STAY AT ANOTHER QUALITY INN & SUITES OR ANY PROPERTY FOR CHOICE HOTELS. I WHICH I COULD SHOW YOU THE PICTURES.

I have booked this property several times and stayed and never had any of the issues that I had during this stay. To begin there was six of us divided by three rooms. One of the rooms was paid for in advance and the other two chose to pay at the property which we had to pay extra money to do so. Around 6 o'clock the day of check-in, the property call saying that if we did not pay by 7 o'clock, they were going to cancel the room. I never had an issue with paying when I arrived at the property so I was confused. I called the property and was talking to a man who I later found out. His name was Chris even if that is his real name he was very rude and told me that if I did not pay by seven, they were canceling the room and I asked him about the refund for the amount we had to pay extra for choosing the option to pay at the property and he said there would be no refund and hung up on me. I then had to call the corporate number and I spoke with someone named Monica. She was great and made the process more tolerable she also stated that he was rude to her but she had informed him he couldn't cancel nd that we would be there before 2 AM which is what was told to me when I called earlier that day to ask when was the latest time that I could check in. he was still there When I check into my room, I opened the refrigerator and found someone else's pizza and red juice stains. The other room had dirty bed linen and he refused replace stating housekeeping had left for the day.

The area is quiet near some grocery and restaurants. The room we booked are bigger than the rooms that we had been. But the thing that was disappointing was the smell of the lift and the hallways on the floor where we are. Its a non smoking area but it smells like stale and musty it was like moisture issue.

When you reach to pick something up it was sticky paper that had already been there for the coffee with the stirs and the sugars what's sticky the tray in the bathroom was covered with something unidentifiable there was a large crack in the bathtub.

I walked in the lobby nobody was at the desk waited for 20 minutes nobody came. There was people camped out in the lobby with everything they owned. I felt very uncomfortable there not safe. I lefted and found other place to stay.
