「The hotel was easy to find and quite central for Keighley and venturing further afield. The car park is tucked behind the back, not so great. Although the staff were friendly and helpful at breakfast which was really cooked nice and tasted great, I found the lack of a reception quite unusual. Our room was comfy and clean but the shower was quite poor, an over bath one which was not very powerful. It says it is quirky, very true but also quite dated.」

「The accommodation was fantastic, felt brand new, the location is a bit noisy due to the bus depot next door, they advertised two parking bays but only one was available which due to the lack of parking spaces in the area was quite inconvenient.」

The hosts were welcoming and friendly, they made us feel very at home and were very attentive throughout our time. Great location and a short 5 minute drive to Haworth. 「Great traditional pub in the centre of town, Bedrooms look to have been recently refurbished and were very clean and well appointed. Breakfast was excellent. 」

「This hotel is excellent, all the staff are very friendly and helpful and very polite Check in was easy The room was beautiful, very clean and comfortable Could have done with 2 chairs rather than 1 Bathroom was big, shower over bath, the water for the shower wasn't very hot Breakfast was nice and fresh, will definitely book again when we go to Bradford Massive well done Mercure!!!」
