「I stay here every time I'm in Batavia. Wish the horses were always racing though. Walking distance to great restaurant, Alex's. Great restaurant right in the casino. Bartenders were very friendly in casino and never waited for a drink. Continental breakfast is wonderful. Have your pick of just about anything. Maids were super friendly also. Great place.」

「Staff were great. Hotel was clean and the accessible room was very accommodating. Nice breakfast. Comfortable beds. Was a good stay and would stay again . The hot tub was great but the pool was very cold was the only issue.」

「Nice stay at the Hart Hotel in Medina. I was there for a work trip and was amazed by the property and city. The hotel room I stayed in was spacious with simple/ standard amenities. The communication from the hotel was excellent and detailed. Breakfast was not included but per the house book you can order however I didn’t partake.」

「My wife and I were traveling to the area to see a concert at the Darien Lake Amphitheater and booked the Asa Ransom House for an overnight stay so we didn’t have to drive back so late. Unfortunately the concert was postponed, but we liked our stay so much that we reserved the same room for the rescheduled concert date. 「Had a 2 bed room for 2 occupants and had 1 towel..2 washcloths and 1 hand towel… shower was filthy and the BR door was taped together with black tape.. that didn’t stick so was not together… curtains didn’t close.. the ridge in room tray below freezer was gross… just unreal.. can’t believe EXPEDIA LIST THEM .. the pictures of the rooms are nothing like the rooms … floors a filthy… just gross!! They should refund my money for such a crappy listing!!! I left one day early!!」
