Hilton Grand Vacations Club Paradise Las Vegas

"The hotel is clean, modern, and quiet. The rooms are well equipped with new kitchen appliances, and kept in immaculate condition overall. I stayed here on business, and the one complaint I have is, their "business center" has 2 PC's, and 2 Printers. I needed urgently to print off 3 pages, i had a convenient PDF on thumbdrive to display and print the document, the printer would not print, and one of the PC's was broken entirely. I asked if the front desk would please print my business document, and they refused. This hotel is not business friendly, if they cannot help a customer print out 3 pages. I drove to a FedX Kinkos, and was only 30 minutes late to my meeting as a result. I've never had a problem printing a document at numerous other hotels. Please don't stay here, if you expect to print something. Boarding pass, ticket, document, whatever."

"This hotel was beautiful, it was almost like a resort & if we didn’t have excursions planned we wouldn’t have left the hotel for anything. The staff were especially polite & we would definitely book there again."

"If you're looking for a big fancy casino this ain't for you if you're looking for a place to lay your head with good food and a 24-hour bar I highly recommend it we stayed here for 5 days it was absolutely amazing and better than I expected for the price will be definitely staying here my next trip to Vegas"
