「The property had bed bugs and refused to give us another room to stay and cancelled the rest of the reservation without a refund or compensation for all the trouble we dealt with and have had to endure after getting home from the trip. I would highly recommend that you do not book this stay with this company as they do not care about their customers at all! Very disappointed. 」
