"We really enjoyed our stay at TAI Urban Resort. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The best part was the infinity pool and gym. Staff was attentive and there to open car doors for us. It is about a 10 mins walk to get on the Green Line which will take you to The Pier2 Art Center. We took Uber to Dream Mall and walkable to the train station. "

"This was a golden experience. I came with our family and 91-year-old mother and they were thrilled. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. They would go out of their way to help you even when you didn’t ask. The accommodations were very close to our Ritz Carlton type stay in the rooms. The grand lobby is bright and beautiful, and the open lounge with coffee& alcohol bar with light dining in the French. European style is really inviting. We didn’t know there was a high-end mall located...

"Friendly staff, clean room, reasonable buffet breakfast. I particularly love their sitting area next to the restaurant, an extremely comfortable area with a wide range of books and reading material. The only thing I would like to bring out is, storage inside the guest room. Fews like if one or two storage area and some rack or hanging hooks will be perfect."
