Very empty feeling in room

We stayed for one night and did not feel like the price was worth it. The decor was lacking and the room did not feel welcoming. There was just something missing. The staff was friendly, however.

富野完全不是一個「渡假飯店」，感覺是由一個商務飯店部分改裝為親子房、兒童遊戲空間，所以親子房內部是非常不適合小孩的深色地毯、光線昏暗。公共遊戲區域很小、電刷車開放時間很短ㄧ天只有四個時段，早餐很⋯⋯糟，隔音極差所以很難入睡，濕氣很重，家人住八樓有明顯異味、浴室洗手台兩個都因為頭髮堵住無法正常排水（因為回房很晚了，所以只好自己處理一邊）、毛巾不乾淨。 優點或許是服務人員很友善⋯⋯可惜環境完全跟飯店定位不一致⋯⋯

進出停車場都還要先去1樓櫃檯過感應卡，才能開出停車場。 晚上買食物在房間內桌上食用，出現了2隻大約2公分左右大小的蟑螂，小孩被嚇傻了，打完一隻又出現一隻。 跟櫃檯反應也只得到喔！不好意思。 就這樣……
