"Clean room and a great size"

"Staff were very nice at check-in. It is so convenient to get to the airport which is why we have stayed here. However, the overall dirtiness and disrepair, the horrible smell of pot, were once again just horrible. One of the beds in our room had what looked to be old vomit down the side of the mattress on one side and on the carpet below. The drawers in the dresser under the TV wouldn't stay closed, until we jammed a plastic cup in there to save our shins. The smell of pot in the hall was awful and we couldn't go outside to swim as the pool was closed for repairs. The "resort" fee is for what again? I thought possibly the property had actually made some noticeable improvements. Last week when were there, for the first time in 5 years, everything was fine, but the place is too sketchy too often. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.We will not be back."

"This is a very convenient area, some places are even in walkable distances. The staff is really friendly and helpful in providing all we need to know about during our stay. Higher floor rooms can see the Sphere. Would want to stay here again and recommend to my friends and family. "

"When we checked in there were no rooms available for what we reserved. The "upgrade" to a suite was NOT an upgrade at all. Yes a king bed and a couch, but certainly not better. Our daughter slept on the couch instead of the heard rollaway that was provided. We were given our booked room the next day with 2 queen beds and the room was better than the so called "upgraded" one. We were offered no compensation for the inconvenience. However, when we were sent a text from Westgate giving us a $75 a day credit, that wasn't actually a credit, Dre was kind enough to honor the text giving us a credit for $75. The pool was a hot mess with not enough seating or staff. Instead of so many towel people, you could have used them for bar/hostess service."

"Good variety on breakfast menu. Clean spot to stay at, close to the strip. Did not get my security deposit back, reason for poor review. Other than that, decent location. "
