Rooms were basic but did the job for our one night stay. Saw some photos online before going that worried us but room and bathroom and all public spaces very clean so don’t be put off! "

I rate it as a step above a hostel that had the amenities as a bathroom but the beds were horrible and the carpet was pretty gross. Cleanness could have been better. But for one night it was all we needed."

"A nice simple guesthouse to stay in Edinburgh that is close to good amenities that are walkable and close to bus routes. Friendly owner who went out of his way to allow us an earlier check in as we needed a jet lag nap and our flight had been changed. "
