"Clean room. Very few ammenities in the room. Comfortable, clean, quiet. Very friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was lovely but overpriced. Close to lots of restaurants, shops, etc. "
"When we checked in we were offered a better room with the same view for the same price. This location is right within walking distance to the Empire State Building (about 20 min), theaters (about 5-10 min) and the subway and Central Park. Will definitely stay again!"
"The location is amazing being so close to downtown - but on the flip side of that you will have the constant background noise of the city traffic.
The room overall was clean and spacious, but we did have an annoying ticking noise in our room all the time. We also did get an "accessible" room which we did not request, which would be fine except that the shower would get the entire bathroom wet. "
"Run away. Don’t walk, run from this hotel. I would have switched hotels had my schedule allowed. It was awful. I was laughed at/heard gasps when I told peers where I stayed. It began with none of my requests being observed (high floor, if possible), which truly is the least of it. I was put on the 7th floor and the odor was so bad I called to change rooms and they moved me to 17th floor, so rooms were available. I thought it was going to be a pod hotel like a citizenM, but it was the barest bones experience you can get. No drinking water. One roll of TP. No hot water in shower. (At least my shower drained) Minimal a’la carte breakfast, but you could get a latte. Shower had black spots. Hair hanging from TV. Refrigerator available by request but all were booked. They never brought extra pillows. Serves a good function if you just want cheap, but if you want to enjoy your stay at all, a mild upgrade to a different spot would go miles. If all goes to plan, I will never, ever be back. God speed.
And they do NOT have a restaurant onsite as advertised. "
"The hotel and staff are wonderful, the safety measures when it comes to getting in and outside the hotel along with getting in your room are wonderful …The pictures online thought didn’t look the same as toward the room
in-person it was a little bit disappointing, seem you have to pay your part and not get what you expect or paid for …. Housekeeping was there and kept our room clean until we came back everyday on our visit . There were many stores nearby , food , the red stairs , time square , retail stores, I love the location because everything was close. Overall staff was lovely and easy to communicate with , wish they had a refrigerator in the room . 7/10 review ."
"Stains on the blanket don’t forget your wash cloths at home because they do not have any. They charge $37 for a bowl of cereal and yogurt what any other hotel would give you that complementary. "
