Comfortable bed and sufficient pillows and linen,
Great to have a fridge in the room and milk for beverages.
Breakfast was of a high standard and plenty of choice.

「This is the rare 5-star B&B that actually earns its rating. The house is a beautiful, art filled home where attention is paid to every detail. The host and hostess are lovely and their entire focus is on making their guests' stay comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious and abundant. The staff are amazing the dig are near Sainsbury’s and other shops. Domino pizza on the doorstep.
5 minutes walk from the train station and 10 minutes to the Beach and old town.
Perfect place for a trip to the coast. 」
「Beautifully decorated room and bathroom, very comfortable bed. We had food and drinks at the Seadog pub which we would highly recommend. The only downside was the noise which was to be expected above a pub on a Saturday night but could also hear people going up and down the stairs during the night. Otherwise could not fault and host very helpful.」
「stay here because it is very closed to the train and bus station of Hastings. the town itself doesnt have too much attractions but you can go Battle (Battle Abbey), Bodiam castle easily. Room and shared toliet is small but ok for a single backpacker」
「I only needed it for one night business. The host was friendly and the price was very reasonable considering it had its own ensuite. It's a little out if the centre but only 15mins walk from St Leonard train station. 」
