「Hotel was ok, clean enough but needs updating. Hot water was very intermittent, I was told it needs to run for 15 mins before getting warm, but I ran it for much longer than that and still had to have cold showers every morning. Breakfast was overpriced for what it was. Great location and friendly staff. 」

「Room was ok. Nice clean bathroom and shower was good. Check in was terrible, it’s a self check in room and no codes were sent, i tried calling the host multiple times via phone and WhatsApp, no response. I had to contact Hotels.com customer service and wait an hour to get a key-code to enter. There was no WiFi, there were instructions on the wall but the router was not present, a neighbour had the same problem. The TV only works on WIFI so no TV. The location is handy being close to the train...

「stay here because it is very closed to the train and bus station of Hastings. the town itself doesnt have too much attractions but you can go Battle (Battle Abbey), Bodiam castle easily. Room and shared toliet is small but ok for a single backpacker」

「On the Beach Front,the Hotel Smelt Musty and Old the Reception Was Midway Up on the First Floor Stairs.The Room We Had No.5 Was Extremely Hot onthe Bank Holiday Weekend 23th May to 25th.We Asked When We Arrived For a Fan He Said No We Don't Have Them.Bathroom Nice and Big Nice Shower System.Beds Nice and Comfortable TV Basic Channel but Very Clear.Good Mirrors For Dressing.」

「Rooms are comfortable and beds terrific. Young staff could use some hospitality training on how to be more friendly and gracious with guests, or at least a smile. Could have made an effort to be more accommodating- ie arrived just as dinner service ended. Could have offered snacks, nuts, something… Asked about GF breakfast options. Didn’t seem to know so I had to ask item by item… toast? Breakfast meats? Beans?」
