Lovely stay in a beautiful B&B

We really enjoyed our stay at Anne's House. The hosts were kind and welcoming, the rooms were beautifully decorated and the breakfast was simply delicious - we'd certainly stay here again if we're back in the area.

The hosts were friendly and helpful. The bedroom was extremely comfortable . I loved the large selection of books and the tasteful decorations. The bed had crisp white sheets. Breakfast was delicious with a good selection of food. I would definitely recommend Anne's house as a great place to stay.

English coastal trip

The owners, Mike and Olivia make your stay here memorable. Beautiful home with only 2 rooms that make your stay feel special. Excellent breakfast, and we were offered tea and cake each afternoon. The house is full of family history and beautiful antiques, but it still feels fresh and modern.

This is the rare 5-star B&B that actually earns its rating. The house is a beautiful, art filled home where attention is paid to every detail. The host and hostess are lovely and their entire focus is on making their guests' stay comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious and abundant. Home from home.....but nicer!

We very much enjoyed our two days at this beautiful, comfortable and well appointed house. The decor is immaculate, augmented by many tasteful original paintings, mostly by local artists. The bed, pillows and facilities were all extremely comfortable. Our hosts, Michael and Olivia, couldn't have been more helpful and friendly, providing us with lovely food, helpful local information and encouraging us to use all of the common spaces in the house, including the lounge, dining room and garden. The house is situated a short 10 minute stroll from the seafront and about 20 minutes to the Old Town. We felt very cherished to be here and will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Anne's House recently. The house is beautiful, the rooms were comfortable and homely, and Michael and Olivia were so kind and welcoming. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and we were definitely not left wanting for anything. The house is in a quiet and attractive street, a short walk from the railway station and town centre, so everything was in easy reach. All in all, I could not recommend Anne's House highly enough, and we wouldn't think twice about staying here again.

What a wonderful place to stay. The level of service and attention to detail from the lovely hosts, Olivia and Michael was first class. From tea and cake on arrival to a magnificent breakfast, everything that we required was there and more. All done in fabulous surroundings and with a super-comfortable bed at the end of the day. A beautiful, welcoming & comfortable place to stay

An absolutely beautiful property, run with immaculate precision and care by the hosts. The public areas and the room we stayed in were simply lovely, with a real home from home feel and huge attention to detail. The generosity and attentiveness of the hosts could not be faulted. The cake on arrival and the breakfast choices were of a really high standard: all locally sourced or homemade and served on lovely china. The level of comfort, the exceptionally high standard of the facilities and the overall quality of the accommodation and service was really exemplary. We had a wonderful stay - highly recommended.

A Nice Guest House with Good Hosts

Large bathroom with very nice shower and bath. Good variety of fruit, cereal, yoghurts and cooked breakfast. Good views across to castle. Sitting room to use with comfortable chairs. Parking on road outside. Nice rear garden to sit in. Cake and tea provided on arrival and during the stay. We didn't realise how hilly Hastings is. Lovely variety of places to visit in the area.

First rate hosting and comfort

Anne’s House is a stunning Victorian property and our room was really comfortable and peaceful. We loved our room with direct views of Hastings castle. Our hosts very warm and attentive and there were really thoughtful extras such as tea and cake upon arrival. We are looking forward to our need visit.

Lovely Stay

An amazing stay for a getaway weekend! The owners are lovely, caring and the house is very beautiful. The room was very comfortable, everything super clean and the breakfast delicious! I would recommend this place and we would certainly go back!
