"We had a fantastic stay at Harmony Suites. The building is dated and there is some wear and tear, but I feel that was reflected in the price we paid compared to other hotels. We got a 2 bedroom with 2 king beds which allowed my daughter to have her own space. The hotel was very clean and I saw people cleaning constantly. The free breakfast was plentiful and included omelets made to order. I only wished they didn’t use disposable plates and utensils as it’s extremely wasteful. It was an easy 5-10 min drive to the American Dream Mall and there is a bus right out front that takes you into NYC. It comes every 20 mins or so and brings you directly to the bus station on 42nd street which was an easy walk to Times Square and Rockefeller Center. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Front lobby staff friendly and courteous plus housekeeping on schedule and baggage staff were also friendly and reliable. Location was convenient, close to Times Square, great dining option 1 block away between 8th and 9 th Ave; Subway also close; Safety within Hotel was KEY, only Hotel guests were allowed the elevator access thru room key, MSG blocks away. "Kearne checked me in and was so helpful. He helped me upgrade when I felt the first room was too small and we had a great room with a view. All staff were friendly and helpful. It was clean and the hotel was very convenient to everythiing we wanted to do. The Tik Tok Diner in the hotel is one of the best casual restaurants we ate at."
