"Hotel is in a great location, rooms are very clean as is the rest of the hotel. My only issues are the pillows in the room- very uncomfortable and the fact that you are paying for parking. Outside of that, it was great. Staff is lovely and helpful!"
Newport Beach Hotel & Suites

"To start out with we had reserved an ocean view room. We got a room with a beautiful view of a large pond. Our ocean view room was not available, apparently. We asked if we could change next day but no luck. We were in the new section and had a gorgeous 1 bedroom. Everything about the room was perfect, clean, comfortable and windows opened to a lovely sea breeze. But no surf sounds, that we had expected. The facilities were lovely. Enjoyed the small indoor pool and roof. The roof doesn’t face the ocean, but the large pond in the back. It’s very convenient to Newport, lots of restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed hiking Sachuest Point Nature preserve just 10 minutes away. Newport as well is a ten minute drive. Overall we enjoyed three gorgeous days of perfect weather. The front desk staff seemed really stressed and consequently was grumpy."

"Very close to Newport, well maintained property. Staff was pleasant ; did not have a chance to use the pool; breakfast offered a variety of options; all day coffee and tea options, as well as a water machine. Did not like the coffee so I opted for black tea instead. Room was clean, comfortable bed and pillows. It was nice to hear the cricket, it had a soothing effect. I will definitely stay there again when in the area."

"The hotel is impeccable and nice, please work on your staff, rude unwelcoming, not helpful and doesn’t do their job well. I don’t like to leave review like this but situation need to be address especially the staff at the front desk. Kitchen server are worst."
