They would not let me utilize most of my benefits because of it and we had to move rooms because the TV wouldn't work and woke up to a huge roach in the room. 「Staff was amazing and the food surprises us, the room was good. It will be better if the toilet was separate. But in general we had an amazing and relaxing vacations. We stay at the coral level and upgraded to a front beach room. They also add a sargassum barrier and it really help us enjoy the beach.」
