"I’ve stayed at quite a few resorts in Punta Cana, and this one genuinely stands out. It has the perfect balance of a modern luxury hotel and the fun, carefree atmosphere of an all-inclusive resort. The food was excellent, the facilities were beautiful, and there was always something happening, from activities during the day to great entertainment and shows at night. What I loved most is that it really works for everyone. Whether you're traveling as a couple, with friends, as a family, or with kids, the resort has something to offer. The atmosphere is welcoming, relaxing, and fun all at the same time. Honestly, I’d put this among the very best resorts in Punta Cana. And considering how many amazing options there are in the area, that's saying a lot. I would absolutely recommend it and can’t wait to come back."

"At the beginning, the room was not as clean as expected, but the cleanliness improved throughout our stay. There were a few issues that were addressed and resolved with the hotel, such as the air conditioning, the bathtub on the balcony not working, and the water pressure being a little low. Aside from those minor issues, everything else was excellent, and we really enjoyed the overall experience and everything the hotel had to offer."

"The hotel was clean and staff were friendly. The food was ok. The main issue was the beach with many yachts parked right in front of the beach blocking the view and making it not very peaceful and not very appealing. Also lots of seaweed obviously. But I went there in fall which is the seaweed season it appears. Another issue was heavy use of aerosol dispenser or air fresheners in certain amenities making it very difficult to breach scent free. Specially since these aerosol air fresheners have a very strong synthetic scent."
