"Tuvimos problemas con la habitación. Aquí en la app tenía descripción de una cama king pero cuando llegamos nos dijeron que era según disponibilidad, así que nos dieron dos camas queen. Para mí, totalmente innecesario tener dos camas en una habitación, siendo solo dos personas. El personal del hotel no nos quiso ayudar. Tuvimos problemas para reservar los restaurantes, solo pudimos ir a uno. El personal de la barra, fue excelente!"

Was horrible the pool water temperature Beach: it was impossible to go into the water at all ‘cause of the tons of sargassum"

"We had an amazing stay at Live Aqua Punta Cana celebrating our anniversary and birthday! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and special. The resort was beautiful, clean, relaxing, and exactly the kind of getaway we were looking for. The food, drinks, pools, and atmosphere were all great, but what really stood out was the service. Everyone was friendly and attentive and helped make our celebration even more memorable. We came here to celebrate two special occasions and left with some great memories. Definitely a beautiful place for couples looking to relax, celebrate, and enjoy some quality time together. We would absolutely come back! ❤️🌴🥂"

"I like the place and especially the lady’s @ the coffee bar by the reception entrance forgot there name but o e of them was pregnant the treated me very very nice. I think the pool should be open a little more late and the music too cause after a very time everything is shut down"
