「The only issue was ice machines on floors Only main floor worked But that one also had purified water. Which was nice. I travel with my small dog and there were lots of dog people which was nice.」

「This is a terrible hotel to stay at. The entire place is unsanitary. A cockroach was found in my initial room that I was given. My second room had crumbs all over the floor. The linen were covered in stains, and the sheets were stained yellow. I was informed by hotel staff that the sheets are “yellow.” I would not recommend staying at this place as it is unsanitary and the hotel staff are not very pleasant to deal with. The place looks nothing like it as advertised as.」

「To start off with after we checked in the cart would not even hardly come into the room and could not pass at all by the furniture so to get our things off of the cart we had to leave the door open very poor Design. The carpet was dirty and smelled, the air conditioning was loud and left a lot of humidity in the air. The bathroom was nice until you went to try and hang your towel up and there was not a single towel bar nor one at the vanity……A tiny vanity where you could hardly set anything...

「The beds are small and the room is not even cleaned. We saw wrappers of candies and stiff behind the bed when we moved it to locate our key. And they only give you 3 towels for 4 guests and toiletries that is only good for 1 person and we stayed there for 3 night but no refills.」

「Everything was fine except our bathroom. The door to the bathroom is a sliding door and it wouldn’t stay closed and it didn’t lock. The other issue we kept running into was there was no exhaust fan so the bathroom stayed VERY humid, wet & hot! The rest of the hotel was perfectly fine! Located next to a newer/upcoming area !」

「Liked the hotel BUT the only issue, which was very frustrating, was that the key would stop working every day during our 3-night stay. Had to come back downstairs multiple times to get access to the room key again, not just us, but 2 other families we were attending the wedding with had the same issue. If this is seen by hotel management, please address this issue.」

「The overall cost for this hotel was good for what it had to offer and the location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms liens were clean but my room floor was dirty as if the room floor wasn’t swept or mopped due to previous check out.」

We appreciated having the kitchenette. I loved the mimosa trees near the parking lot. The person who checked us in was nice and friendly. 「Staff was great, 2 bed 2 bath room needs some changes, room 112 has a cracked across the back of one bathroom sink. The drapes in main living room has tears, chews, or cut out positions should be changed. Keep up the good work.」
