「Upon arrival I was greeted by a cockroach crawling on the floor through the dark. I went back up to the front desk and the clerk tried passing it off like that’s normal in Florida. It’s not. I’ve lived here for 20 years and never seen a cockroach in a hotel before. I named him bed because he probably lives there. The clerk was nice a gave me a new room after I told him about Bed the cockroach. Also, there was some white substance on the counter. Idk what it was but these two things...

「We checked in just shy of 4 PM on 3/19. Lobby elevator was out so we were told to use the employee elevator. Dirty diaper found in the trash can under the sink. On 3/21 the employee elevator went out so we used the stairs for the rest of the stay. we had room 310.」

「We asked for extra hangers that were never received and security was a bit frustrating to deal with. 」

「Parking was safe. Staff was outstanding. The fellow, his name escapes me at the moment (Miguel?), was very helpful, polite, and gave us 5-star treatment. I can't say enough good things about him and his staff. The room was clean and the facilities were well cared for.」

「We found cockroaches in the room and some items left behind by previous guests had not been cleared away.」

「The property seemed to be clean. If I could recommend a few items in the house. Vacuum/ broom, a garbage can in the bathroom curtains/ or upgraded shades. The family enjoyed the stay but definitely felt a bit uncomfortable, my boys are on the taller side and this unit was a bit tight for them. Our stay was short so give the price and the amenities it was fine. Thank you for have our family. 」
