「Bathroom was not clean. There was soap film on the faucet and soap dish. Shower floor did not appear clean. Fixtures were falling off the wall and built in areas were damaged.」

「We love this boutique hotel! This was a return visit due to having such a great experience the first time. The onsite restaurant is excellent, the rooms are beautiful and the staff are so very helpful.」

「Upon checking in, I couldn't receive a room key and was let in the room personally. Later in the evening, I was provided with a room key. I found 2 live roaches while bringing in my bags. There was no coffee maker in the room. I slept well and went to the beach, 30 mins away. It served it's purpose for me.」

「Was not given the room we reserved. Booked a room for 6 and got assigned a standard room that only slept 4. Property was “over booked”. Two of us had to sleep on the floor. No reduction in price was offered either. Still had to pay for the pricier room. I’ve tried reaching out with no luck.」
