Was ok for a night heading from Florida to PA. Staff I encountered were courteous and professional. Computer system was down when I checked in. Took an extraordinary amount of time to check in. Common areas were a bit musty. The room itself was ok — except for the bathroom. Black mold in the shower and on the ceiling. Shower head covered in mildew. Except for a cup of coffee, didn’t have breakfast. Choices were VERY limited waffle, bread, dry cereal. But the rate was extremely reasonable. So ya get what ya pay for.

Darien stay was off the path 👍😀

Staff is awesome. Breakfast was great. Water was hot for showers. Nice bedding. We would stay here again.

I wasn’t expecting much, as you get what you pay for. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. I caught a glimpse of the pool as I was leaving. It was a dark green. I don’t think it was in use. Didn’t plan on swimming anyways. The linens were clean and there was a very, very basic breakfast in the morning. The room was clean and updated. For the price it was a good value. If you are budget conscious, I would recommend.

This property is in the middle of a makeover, but I’m giving five stars for property condition because my room was very nice and had been remodeled. The facility is clean. My only complaint - and this is not a fault of the hotel - is that there is a lot of traffic coming in and out to get to Buckee’s, a massive store/gas station open 24/7. The noise of motorcycles coming in and out all night was annoying. This wouldn’t be a problem if you’re on a side not facing the entrance for Buckee’s.

I liked this place for a few reasons.This place is right off the road but it was quiet in our room. There was no interstate noise. The bed was comfy and the shower was a huge walk in. This place must be going thru a remodel so some items like the ironing board were outdated but i didnt mind. For the rate we paid it was a 10!

It’s a value for money hotel. Staffs are kind. Room has some bad smell. Literally nothing in the breakfast. Even breads were kept inside the kitchen and had to grab it
