「The pool and pool area stayed dirty the entire time we were there. Most days there were no clean pool towels available and we requested extra washcloths and was told they didn’t have any clean ones. On the day before we came home they had no clean towels or washcloths. We used our own beach towel to dry off with.」

Our car broke down with us the night before we had to leave. We checked out of our room at 11:00 the following day and they allowed us to stay in the pool as long as we needed to until we had a ride show up.
