「The cleanliness of this apartment was substandard, dirty bedlinen which was stained and had other people’s hair on it. Very smelly unclean drains in the bathroom which kept us awake at night it was so bad. We had to clean the plug in the bathroom sink as it was full of black mould which washed into sink every time you put plug in. The carpets and sofa were dirty with stains, presumably from other peoples dogs? We couldn’t use the sofa it was so bad, no throw to cover it. Spider webs covered the...

「We arrived at the property with no check in instructions. When returning hours later with the check in details, we did not feel safe in the area. The large window would not close and nothing was done about it. We left and stayed else where They have refused to refund us. DO NOT STAY HERE」
