「離市中心一般，回酒店時要經過一條很斜很斜的路（Steep Hill），沒有自駕車極不便。 雖然有升降機到達3樓，但經濟房間那邊，仍然要經過約5至6級梯級，要搬運較重的行李箱極不便。 服務員，態度好。剛入住時，天氣非常熱，詢問要把風扇，第2天才有，已是幸運。」

「Brilliant. Nothing to fault and it exceeded my expectations. I would prefer to stay here than a premier inn/travelodge. The food was better than excellent, the staff were friendly, patient and polite. Very efficient and no negative feedback or comments. The room was a tad chilly when I first got in and wasn’t too sure how to warm it up, but figured out in the end and it was lovely. Would recommend to everyone. Thank you for having me and I look forward to staying again.」

「Difficult to find and very problematic checking in. Digital check in never opened for me. The only way I was able to get into my room was that I was let in by a management person. I didn’t leave for dinner because I was afraid I’d be locked out. I wanted to drop my luggage around noon so I could see the sites without suitcase in tow but since there is no on site staff and no check in until 4 that was not possible. Please come up with a solution for travelers who need to store luggage. 」
