"I like that the hotel offers decent value, it is 10 min walk away from Hammersmith station with some shops along the way for shopping. Plenty of fast-food locations near the station for those looking to eat on a budget. The daily hotel breakfast options are limited but still acceptable. Room is decent, bed is comfortable and bathroom is clean. The air-conditioning in my room was out of order during my stay and the hotel provided a desk fan, which is sufficient for the fall weather. It was not hot, so the desk fan is only for air circulation to avoid the feeling of stuffiness."

"clean room, great staff, good value breakfast. Jannie was great and worked hard at breakfast to get everybody seated and sorted. Handy to tube, although the homeless people living under the overpass was a bit off putting late at night when returning home. This is not the hotel fault, but something to be aware of"

"I am writing to share that my recent stay at The Royal Garden Hotel was exceptional. Upon my arrival, the staff immediately assisted me with my luggage and accommodated my early arrival by holding my bags until check-in. Throughout my stay, every team member was friendly and attentive. My room was clean and well-appointed. Additionally, I dined at both hotel restaurants, and the food was delicious. The piano bar was also wonderful, with a warm and welcoming staff. I will definitely return to the Royal Garden Hotel for another stay soon. Thank you for providing such outstanding service."
