"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room was very equipped and was spotless with air conditioning which was very welcome as the weather was very hot! The hotel is very close to the tube with easy access to. Central London! The staff were so helpful and I will definitely be back!"
"Couldn't fault the hotel or the staff.
We arrived way to early, but they was very helpful in booking the car in and holding our luggage while we carried on our day.
*Rooms was clean and so comfortable.
*Breakfast was well organised and banging.
Definitely will book again, if im at Wembley again."
"Upon our arrival the staff were accommodating and welcoming and very friendly, our room was spacious and clean the bed was very comfortable the aircon was a life saver the tv worked the shower was great although not for the tallest of people. Robes slippers and toiletries supplied coffee station, fridge iron and ironing board and hair dryer came in handy! The breakfast!!!! Was 10/10 and the staff on during the breaking 10/10 couldn’t have been more helpful! We stayed for 2 nights and had breakfast on both days we opted out of house keeping as we had a lot of stuff with us due to going to a concert so thought better to tidy up our self’s but it was great a very comfortable 2 night stay and would 100% stay in a Hilton hotel again!"
"The room that we stayed at was a standard small size double bed room. It was clean and had fresh clean towels. The room wasn’t dusty at all. The shower was a little small but once again it was a smaller room. The water pressure was surprisingly really good. The morning Ang night staff were so nice and helpful.
The only reason why I’m giving it four stars instead of five it’s because the hotel did not have AC which I did not know was a thing in London. There was a fan in our room and we were able to open up our windows, but it was so hot but once again I do not blame the hotel because apparently when my daughter and I booked our stay, it just happened to be during a heat wave."
"There was no signage in King Street to indicate that the entrance to the hotel was no longer on King St where it should have been (at 120-124). The original Holiday Inn was closed down and for lease as well as under apparent renovation. I took the chance on walking down the street a full block away to find the Holiday Inn Express tucked in the back far away with no visible entrance nor signage. This was most inconvenient and stressful for me as I had walked from Hammersmith Station and gone way past 120 King since I was expecting to see a hotel right on King Street. This is not unreasonable. Although the accommodation was okay, it was a far cry from what was advertised. At £168 for one night, I felt that I should have been given a discount for the inconvenience. Can you assist with a partial refund please? I have photos."
