「Great view over the Burj Khalifa and fountain for the new year countdown!! (Although the angle is not right on for the light show this year). Very spacious bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dining room, breakfast nook and even come with laundry machines! All staffs are courteous and very helpful. The only bad is that some equipments are kinda old and outdated. Also the floor of one of the bedrooms was dirty and sticky... other than that it was all good!」

「We had an amazing stay in this magical apartment. Sandip at Heaven Crest relay supported us during the stay and did all in his power to make things perfect. The apartment is 5 min walk from Dubai mall and we had a room with view of the ocean. The room was clean and had everything you would expect. 「The location cant be beat, its super convenient with access to the Dubai mall through the lo by of the hotel. The nightly coat was a bit higher than expected, in the fine print theee was a high cleaning charge as this is a private residence. I checked the cost compared to the kempinski hotel which is in the same building and it is less. I did notice that the room was not cleaned as shoild be but it was decent. 」
