「The property details what was shown and explained on the website is opposite what I had experienced. I found redness on my body when I lied in the bed. There were guests checked-in with the dog pets couple of rooms down. The water pressure was so low that I could not wash myself properly in the shower.」

「The pool was "broken", and that was terrible because I specifically booked this hotel since I had my grandchildren on this trip. There should have been a price reduction for the expensive room, but when asked, they said the "couldn't".」

「The outside of the motel needs painting and we were a little worry when we first drove up but after getting inside the room, it was spotless. The owner was kind enough to allow us to check in early. We were tired and fell fast asleep. The motel filled up but we never heard a thing. We would stay there again if ever in the area. Thank you!」

「Had a two night confirmed reservation (prepaid) employees got in late and headed straight to work. Called to see if reservation for second night was still good.. had to call back 3 times to get an answer.. Reservation was cancelled for second night and still billed.. Front desk staff said they had no more rooms available.. went here and booked a room .. customer service completely lacking and the charge for the additional night after cancelling should never had happened.」
