"I stayed here with my child for 1 night, with the intentions of 2. Outside of the hotel definitely needs repainted or something, the brick looks very rough, inside of the hotel is beautiful and does not match the condition of the outside. The staff were amazing, except for the restaurant gentleman taking orders. I encountered a cleaning lady and she was even extremely polite and friendly. The complimentary breakfast buffet was definitely the best one I’ve experienced in a hotel, and there were many options to choose from. The pool was chilly, and the hot tub was nice, but both definitely overcrowded. Kids were diving in although there is a no diving sign since this pool only goes to 5’. The parents did not pay attention to their children in the pool area and many were being rude and cannon balling. Our room was clean and looked very nice! The pillows felt amazing and the sheets were soft. However the bed was very hard and made sleeping very difficult. As did the traffic noise through the windows, as you could hear the traffic outside, all hours. This hotel was extremely nice and well worth the price, but we stayed here specifically for the indoor pool, and the overall crowdedness and cold temperature was a let down and after driving there 3 hours and not being able to rest comfortably was a huge disappointment. Perhaps they have different bed types, but the hard King is bed I had is the reason we did not stay for a 2nd night and I’m only giving the hotel a 3 and not a 5. "

"Walking distance to the Ark. Good Mexican restaurant close by. Clean room, comfortable bed and basic continental breakfast. Good enough for us. "

"First thing when got in the room put my bag in the closet. Put my purse on the counter underneath the TV and then within minutes notice a bug crawling on the counter. Then went to pull down the covers from the first bed I thought I would sleep in and it was all wrinkled as though someone had laid on it and not change the sheets. But the other bed it was fine it was crisp and looked clean. And the floor had a big spill of soda or something right at the edge of the bed. So cleanliness is something they definitely need to to improve on. "

"The location was convenient (Walmart, KFC, gas stations). The appearance was clean, rooms were amazingly comforting. My BIGGEST issue is the NOISEEEE! We had kids playing knock & dash on the doors for 2hrs, kids upstairs were jumping, running & stomping after 9pm until 11pm & started early at 6am. The next door room was beating on walls, slamming doors, yelling after 10pm. We made 3 noise complaints & that did not change anything. So annoying! Breakfast was just the quick simple things (bagels, toast, cereal, bacon ..) parking was good."
