We reached out to staff, and they didn’t contact us until the next morning, which is when we were leaving. 「If you want a no frills stay in St. Thomas, then Windward Passage is the place to stay. It's basic and bare bone amenities does not include a microwave in the room. The room is clean but need to be updated. The restaurant was not available during our stay. The best part of the hotel is the location. It is accessible to the main street shopping, a small grocery store, banks and waterfront. It was easy and quick to get to the airport. The staff was friendly.」
