"The property was nice enough. A little older but still in good condition. We had an issue with the tv when we arrived but they sent someone over right away (probably a 10-15 min wait from when I notified). The tv was dying so they put in a brand new one and the maintenance guy was very friendly while he installed it. We felt pretty safe coming back to the room around 10pm or so also. Overall a good place to stay while visiting family."

"The property was nice and the breakfast was very nice. Waffles, bacon, eggs every thing for breakfast was great. even the coffee was good. I gave only 4 stars for clean because at first glance the room appeared clean except the random used cup in the shower. I gave 2 stars for staff and service because when I checked in the girl at the desk seemed frustrated that I didn't use the card reader fast enough. Sorry I was on the road for 6 hours, I was tired. "Being adjacent to Spokane Falls was outstanding! Or view was amazing. We had a balcony and sat on it, had a brewski and, at bedtime, kept the slider open and listened to the waterfall and watched the Pavillion lights dance. Highly recommended !"
