"The property was nice enough. A little older but still in good condition. We had an issue with the tv when we arrived but they sent someone over right away (probably a 10-15 min wait from when I notified). The tv was dying so they put in a brand new one and the maintenance guy was very friendly while he installed it. We felt pretty safe coming back to the room around 10pm or so also. Overall a good place to stay while visiting family."

I gave only 4 stars for clean because at first glance the room appeared clean except the random used cup in the shower. I gave 2 stars for staff and service because when I checked in the girl at the desk seemed frustrated that I didn't use the card reader fast enough. Sorry I was on the road for 6 hours, I was tired. "Being adjacent to Spokane Falls was outstanding! Or view was amazing. We had a balcony and sat on it, had a brewski and, at bedtime, kept the slider open and listened to the waterfall and watched the Pavillion lights dance. Highly recommended !"
