"Dirty, smelled and sheets were not soft "

"Didn’t use any of the amenities honestly as we were there for a cheer comp and rarely at the hotel. However the staff were lovely, felt very safe and secure there and overly clean! Loved it. "

"I would book here again, but would not use Expedia or a third party. The communication between Expedia and Ruby River is poor and after giving 48 hours notice I would not be using the third night of my booking, I remain trying to get a refund from one party or the other. Just book direct with this hotel."

"What hot tub????? The place is rundown and the little bit of updating in the room was cheap and low quality. Barely a step above a downtown hourly motel!!!"

"First off, the staff was nice and helpful. The room was clean and decent. That's the good. There are homeless druggies everywhere around the property. One slept behind our car in the hotel parking lot one night. Another night my daughter and her friend got back from swimming at a teammates pool around 11pm and had to park on the street next to the hotel because the lot was full. They had to call me because there were a handful of homeless zombies mumbling and trying to talk to them when they were still in the car. If this hotel were in a better location it wouldn't be bad at all. Just beware of your surroundings."

"Nice and clean hotel, and fine overall, but I think it wasn’t quite as the photos suggested, especially the bistro, which was basically more of a cafeteria than a restaurant. And this is a nitpick, but the “cool” white lights (that look blue) mixed in with regular warmer white light bulbs in the room gave it a very sterile feel. I would not use the cool white lights. Lastly, I like bright bathroom and vanity areas. The area in the room was dimly lit. Otherwise, the stay was fine. "
