"The room was very spacious we got a 2 queen and sofa for our family of 4 and it was a great space for everyone. The pool water was cold but my kids enjoyed being able to go into the pool to play. I was also able to get a workout in so I loved having access to all the amenities. There was an option to opt in for breakfast but we didn’t do that because we had to leave but overall a great stay! "

"When we got to the resort. We went to check in at 4P and our room wasnt ready till after 6p. We were almost late for a dinner we had reserved some place else. We had a jacuzzi suite which was a beautiful room. The jucuzzi had missing buttons and we had to call the front desk to get help to turn it on. Over all we loved the room. "

"The hotel had a good room and location, decent breakfast. The check in was easy and the pool was great. No fitness center that we saw, toilet made noises in the middle of the night, and a rusty bathtub 😞. Had to ask for extra supplies for the person sleeping on the couch. Heavy weed smell in the first floor hallway. Parking price was reasonable, and a nice large parking lot. Niagara falls minutes away, a huge plus. Not sure if the city itself is safe at night - many homeless and a police...

"I liked that the hotel was different in its decor, almost historic. I enjoyed the large jetted tub. It was kind of erie going to the 19th floor lounge. It was a back stairwell off the elevator and it was very dark when we got up there. They claimed you could see the illumination light show of the falls which wasn’t true because the falls face Canada so you couldn’t see the lights unless you were on the Canadian side. "
