「We were hesitant about staying at this hotel but trusted recent reviews and it did not disappoint. It was on a great location, owners were kind/generous, and the room was exactly what we wanted. We received a free upgrade prior to arrival which was unexpected. Would stay here again with family if we return to the Ithaca area.」

「Everything was just so beautiful, from the gardens, the art in the home and the layout of the home! Our host, Rose, was so serene and kind. She gave us wonderful recommendations for local restaurants and activities, she was wonderful! Our breakfasts were delicious, locally sourced, hearty and decadent.
