The staff were super friendly, they sincerely wanted us to enjoy our stay here, both the front desk, and 1F restaurant for breakfast. The bedding was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and quality. The massage in the hotel was phenomenal!! We stayed for one night, and went back again to stay another night the next week. Definitely will go back, and strongly recommended!

Parking was included in this property in the property's basement. Staff were really pushy about leaving google reviews on their service with their name. Room was very spacious with a patio. Bed was really comfortable and breakfast selection is a lottttt.

We just stayed there for 4 days 3 nights and i can say that their service is good. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of selection from porridge pancakes noodles. Our family of 6 (3 adults 3 children) stay in a room and it has decent space to open 4 luggages. They have a balcony, 2 spring bathtub but I find the bathtub a little dirty as we can see black stuff at the bottom of the tub when filled.

Reasonable price, spacious rooms, 2 hot spring tubs in the room are very nice! The only disadvantage was the railway right by the hotel, we can hear the alarm and the train clearly in the rooms.

Has four soaking pools for women's hot spring sauna, clean and quite big! May enjoy buffet breakfast until 2pm, so can make it a brunch( however most dishes a lukewarm, cutting down the taste!). Room size decent also with two hot spring soaking tubs.

We waited more than a half-hour to check in. Although the room appeared great at first glance, the tiny details were neglected. For $6800 per night, I would anticipate getting better quality.

櫃檯專業度非常低 沒有行李的服務，即使看到需要幫忙也不會有人來幫你 按了打掃燈結果沒有來打掃，打去櫃檯說人太多了所以沒有幫我們打掃，還說我們沒有掛牌，重點沒有人跟我們說要掛牌！ 目前覺得只有餐廳服務人員「陳冠霖」是服務最好的 退房的時候還說找不到我的單要我等，整個專業度極差

羅東市區很顯眼的飯店，外表看起來是新的，但是內部設施卻略有舊損的感覺；人員服務熱情，對小朋友也親切；房內空間足夠，廁所部分很大，有2個泡澡溫泉池；早餐時間到1300，可以退房後當午餐吃，餐點內容就比較一般；飯店位置走到夜市大約10分鐘，還算方便的地方，聽得到火車走鐵軌的聲音。

飯店的隔音真的很差，火車經過的聲音讓我們無法安穩入睡。 五樓溫泉服務人員的態度不好，感覺非常不耐煩，我們第一次入住對進入會館的流程不是這麼熟悉，我們詢問毛巾怎麼沒給的時候還不耐煩的回答我們自己先離開他東西都拿出來了。春假近兩萬元的價位，可以有更更好的選擇。 但餐廳的服務人員態度非常好，也樂意幫我們解決問題。值得嘉許。
