"Spent July 3 and fourth here. Location is excellent. Plenty of things to walk to. Very nice to sit on my porch and watch the boat traffic go by. Love that they had an actual freezer that worked along with my refrigerator. The rooms have been updated and are fine. If you’re looking for more upscale, go up the street to the Hilton. But this offers the best value for your money without feeling like you’re in a seedy hotel. It will be my go to whenever wanting to stay in downtown historic Saint Augustine.! "

"The rooms were very clean with plenty of space for my husband and I. The breakfast was AMAZING! The only thing I will say is the check in, check out process was a little confusing because we didn’t realize we had to go into the restaurant. But when we figured it out, everything was great. If you like old Florida and your stay to be a part of your experience, I recommend! "
