「Overall, it was pretty good. The front desk service was excellent, and the location is in the city center. Although I occasionally heard drunken pedestrians making noise at night, I stayed on the 13th floor, so it was within an acceptable range. 「This is our third stay at this property this year, and this room was by far the nicest room yet. We always get a king room on a high floor, and on occasion the furnishings in rooms have not been up to par for a Grand Hyatt. This room was impeccable, and our stay was more enjoyable as a result. The front desk staff were the same two ladies at check in and check out. They were both quite genial and professional. Valet was also pleasant.」

「Small bit of old used toilet paper on bathroom trash can, otherwise clean. TV's/remote could use an upgrade. Shows kept glitching and the remotes didnt work great. Pillows were nice, if you like extra soft ones. Freezer leaking into fridge, not a big deal, just wet hands when you go to grab something. Staff was incredible. They were SO welcoming and kind.
