「Super nice staff. I found this place after a paid booking was cancelled at another hotel. A little further out that I would like but it was worth it. I got to check out some local bars in Charlotte. A big shout out to Frank. He checked me in and the other staff was very friendly. If you want something clean, inexpensive and not a bad drive to MSU, check out this place.」

「The lobby was bright and inviting. The room was clean and spacious, very comfortable seating choices. The staff seemed friendly and helpful. The stay was better than some places but not excellent. Maintaining things properly is a detail that makes the difference. The box spring on the bed broke, the pancake machine was broken and not expected to be fixed for weeks, one of the pieces of workout equipment did not work and another did not work properly. We had hoped for better.」

「In a word: shabby. But it was pretty clean, and they do allow pets. But if you're looking for anything more than that, you will be disappointed. Flat pillows, exposed wires, not enough room to close the bathroom door , uneven bathroom floor, and battered furniture.」

「Room was clean but couple of broken things-the barn style bathroom door, the tub spout. The buffet breakfast was better than most other places though. A pleasant stay and close to grocery, a few restaurants and shopping.」
